Introductory Sailing Afternoons
We're always delighted to welcome new sailors to the club and indeed you’re more than welcome to come along and join in at any time. We do however have a number of dedicated days that prospective members can come along. We’ll have a club representatives on hand to let you know about the benefits of joining as well as a few extra instructors to introduce you to the boats and get you up to speed. For those who have recently completed beginner courses, the extra instructors will be able to spend time with you on the water and provide some individual coaching.
The 2017 Introductory Dates are:
- Saturday 18th March
- Saturday 22nd of April (2-5pm)
- Sunday 23rd April (10am-1pm)
- Saturday 27th May
- Saturday 10th June
- Saturday 29th July
- Saturday 2nd September
- Saturday 30th September
The club sails on Saturday afternoons from 2-5pm, with the clubhouse open from 1.30pm and Sunday mornings from 10am-1pm. Pre-booking is essential, so please email club@insc.ie or call 01 2844195 to let us know you’re coming down.
Club Sailing Days and Times
The club sails on Saturdays from 2-5pm all year round, Sundays from 10am to 1pm (April-September) and on Wednesday evenings from 6.30-9.30pm during the Summer months. Full details available here.
